I have worked in IT for over 40 years, initially with roles focused on helping business partners, then completing 15 years of people management and development. For 7 years I have been a mentor and a coach and have now completed over 200 hours of coaching with UK and international clients.
I am a father and grandfather who enjoys walking, especially with my two dogs. I love being immersed in nature and I am a strong supporter of the environment.
Passionate about helping
I am always looking to take my clients beyond their expectations.
I was drawn to coaching when a change in my career showed me that you don’t have to be a leader to support and develop others. Following my coaching apprenticeship I became a committed coach, and have continued to be passionate about helping people become the best they can be.
I have now worked with a range of clients from different backgroungs and nationalities, working with them to overcome challenges with self-confidence, career progression and executive board development.
“The coaching sessions have been very effective, I appreciate that Kevin often dives deeper into issues we discuss, and he challenges me to rethink often, I am very grateful for this!”

I strongly support equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas.
My ambition is to help clients overcome the barriers put up by themselves and others. In all interactions with the clients, I am an equal and a facilitator, with the intention of reflecting on their capabilities. I will not judge, but I will challenge the negative and appreciate the positive.
